Equipped with 1 double bed, a double sofa bed, 55-inch SMART TV with Ultra HD Internet, split air conditioning, desk, 12 kg washing machine, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen supplies (pots, dishes and cutlery), bed linens and towels and 500 mega Wi-Fi service. A no-frills property, practical and with an unbeatable location and cost-benefit.

Old building with intermittent doorman. Guests will have access keys to the building to use during periods without a doorman.

The apartment does not have a parking space. You can park in the city hall's parking spaces on the streets that cross the beach. There is also a private parking lot on Travessa Cristiano Lacorte (3 minutes on foot).
