Old building with 24-hour concierge. It is possible to store luggage in the luggage rack at the reception before Check-in and after Check-out. The apartment does not have a parking space. Guests usually park in the city hall spaces behind the building and on the beach crossings without any difficulties. There is also private parking on Rua Xavier da Silveira, which is on the corner.
